We bought 4 large items from the shop in late August. We received them 10 days later in two very well protected boxes in excellent condition. We are very happy with each item and highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality handmade Italian ceramics at fair prices.
We will be back again.
AMAZING SHOP WITH A LOT OF HOMEMADE TYPICAL ITALIAN CERAMICS AND TERRACOTTA ITEMS
Great park, near river Arno, best place for jogging, running and cycling. Must be seen in Spring and Autumn! With various daily markets in different days!
This is a great park for walking, running, and biking, with great views of the river. It's easy to walk several miles here before you even realize it. I did not notice any restrooms throughout the park. However there are a few food trucks and a bus stop!
Nice spot for strolling around in relative peace and quiet. Went in October so flower-wise not so many - I imagine in spring and summer it's much more attractive. It makes for a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of streets. You can sit down on grass and relax.
Great views of Florence. A big expanse to walk around and undulating too. Take water in the summer and a coat in the colder months. You will enjoy exploring here.
A delightful hour in a private garden, informative and interesting guided tour. If you enjoy gardens and the history behind them I would recommend a visit. Email to find out when there is a tour as the gardens are not open to the general public. (20 euro for the tour and 10euro for refreshments afterwards)
Beautiful and historical Garden inside center of Firenze, don't miss it!
Not a major attraction but a nice botanical garden and a good spot to unwind. It's not outstanding but absolutely but absolutely worth the entrance fee (during the warmer seasons). You can see everything in 30 minutes but why should you? It's nice to stroll through the garden for an hour and then sit down on a bench and read a book.
The garden is in a very bad condition. However, it is still a nice place to relax for bit.
Nice view. The toilets and bathrooms could have been cleaner. The tents are really hot during summer months because there's no fan. More sockets are needed. Recetionists could be more friendly. The camping site is next to a club that play music loudly every night till 4:30 am during my stay (Friday - Sunday)
Camping Firenze is three kilometres from central Florence, three kilometres from the A1 Firenze Sud motorway exit and only one kilometre from Firenze Rovezzano train station. Opposite the site's entrance you'll find a bus stop, where you can catch a bus that will take you directly to the city centre in just a few minutes.
